Some basic things to remember:
1. You must win the battle unless the challenge states so specifically. Challenges must be done on the official ladder (Ubers, OU, UU, RU, NU, LC, and any related suspect tests). Battles must have your opponent carrying a full team of 6.
2. Submit challenges to staff (%/@/#) using the challenge verify submission form, or PMing a member of roomstaff with the name of the challenge, your name and the replay. Please make a proper replay of your completed challenge by using the share replay button and not PMing us the battle URL.
3. When reporting challenges please PM only 1 staff member. PMing multiple staff members with the same challenge will create headaches for us. However you can report different replays to different people if you choose. Also please be patient when waiting for a reply as we are busy people; we will get to you when we can. If you submit using the Google Form, please only submit it once.
4. Staff will tell you after they view your replay if it is valid or not and in the case of it not being valid, why it's not.
5. Forfeits will only be counted if you have KOed at least 4 Pokemon at the time of forfeit and completed the challenge.
6. Challenges CAN be done on an alt as long as you include the name you use on the leaderboard when you send in a challenge for verification. Please be sure to include both your alts username and your main username.
7. Challenges that require specific items must show that item being used on all Pokemon. (Only applies to items that can be seen such as Toxic orb, Flame orb, etc.) Challenges that require all Pokemon to use/have a specific move must be shown in the battle each Pokemon using said move(s).
8. Asking for special treatment from your opponent will result in the challenge not being valid and the possibility of additional penalties. (Included but not limited to asking for: forfeits, not to forfeit, and letting you do challenges.)
